Aufgaben
Nach der erfolgreichen Einarbeitung als Teamleiter/in Produktion (Schneid- und Verpackungsanlagen) sind Sie verantwortlich für:
- Personelle und fachliche Führung sowie Entwicklung von ca. 20-25 Mitarbeitern im 4-Schichtbetrieb
- Organisation und Sicherstellung eines effizienten des Tagesgeschäfts an den Schneid- und Verpackungsanlagen – Shopfloor Management
- Sicherstellung der Lieferbereitschaft
- Sicherstellung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
- Festlegung, Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsmassnahmen
- Optimierung der Produktions- und Arbeitsprozesse mit Fokus auf LEAN Management sowie Reduktion von Verlusten von Prozessen an den Anlagen wie auch im administrativen Bereich
- Erstellung und regelmässige Überarbeitung von Standards und internen Dokumenten, Vorbereitung und Mitarbeit bei Produktionsversuchen
- Planung und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen sowie regelmässigen Team-Meetings
- Organisation, Durchführung und Kontrolle von Revisionsarbeiten
