As a Payables Coordinator, you will support the finance team by ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time. This role involves utilizing accounting software, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. The position is crucial for maintaining effective financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify invoices for accuracy and coding
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
• Prepare and issue payments via checks and EFTs
• Maintain vendor records and address inquiries
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve issues
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in accounting software like Quick Books
• Strong communication for vendor coordination
