Key Responsibilities- Supervise activities of senior accounting staff
- Ensure accurate complex revenue entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports for divisions
- Assist in the preparation of bad debt calculations
- Review vendor and employee entries in Yardi
- Over 10 years of accounting experience
- Leadership experience in senior roles required
- Accounting degree with knowledge of accounting standards
- Familiar with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience mentoring and leading teams essential
