VON Canada is seeking a Client Service Associate for its Visiting Nursing program. In this permanent, part-time position, you will coordinate home support visits, ensuring continuity of care through effective scheduling and communication. Your tech-savvy and customer-focused approach will thrive as you manage daily tasks, respond to inquiries, and adjust scheduling while supporting team members to deliver quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign nursing visits based on client needs and guidelines
• Process client referrals and respond to inquiries
• Manage daily scheduling adjustments and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with team for adequate staffing levels
• Protect confidential information regarding clients and operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma required, college education preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management
• Experience in logistics or scheduling environments
• Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• Criminal Records Check required
