Reporting to the Customs Manager, the Customs Rater is responsible for rating, releasing and managing customs transactions for a portfolio of clients. The candidate must ensure that all deadlines are met in order to provide outstanding service to Delmar's clients.
Requirements- 1 to 2 years of experience in the Customs Brokerage industry
- Experience in Cargo Wise One system is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Office is required
- Must possess a high school diploma
- CCS designation is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently
- Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
- Outstanding ability to multi-task
