We seek a detail-oriented professional to assist in delivering projects from preconstruction to completion. Your responsibilities will include maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, and encouraging compliance with safety standards. Working closely with Project Managers, you'll ensure that all aspects of project progress are monitored and communicated effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in project setup, including permits and compliance documentation
• Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines efficiently
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve project issues
• Assist in monitoring and controlling project costs
• Support quality control and documentation processes
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in construction management or related fields
• 1-3 years in project coordination or similar experience
• Understanding of construction processes and documentation necessities
• Proficiency in relevant project management software
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
