Independent Contractor – Apartment Renovations
Location:
Sarnia, ON
We are seeking an experienced independent contractor for ongoing full apartment renovations in the Sarnia area.
Work Includes:
Full apartment turnovers
Demo, drywall, and flooring
Kitchen & bathroom installations
Painting and finishing
Renovation punch‑list completion
What We Provide:
Pre‑approved price list (no quoting required)
All renovation materials supplied
Clear scopes of work and scheduling
Requirements:
Proven experience with full apartment renovations
Own tools and reliable transportation
Valid WSIB and liability insurance
