Join Brunel as Safety Advisor III, providing safety support for a significant construction project in Sarnia, Ontario. Drive safety compliance by collaborating with project teams and contractors.
This contract role, lasting from August 2026 to December 2028, demands a Safety Advisor III with strong experience in industrial safety. You will maintain a visible presence on the site, monitoring compliance and supporting health and safety efforts. Deliver training and conduct audits to uphold safety standards and improve practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily safety support to project teams and contractors
• Conduct field inspections, audits, and observations
• Monitor compliance with safety policies and regulations
• Develop safety procedures and guidelines
• Assist in safety training and communication initiatives
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of construction safety experience
• Familiarity with industrial and infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in conducting safety audits and inspections
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
