Support BMO clients as a Bilingual Corporate Cards Specialist, working fully remote and providing exceptional service in French and English. Shape customer card strategies for success.
This full-time associate role requires 37.5 hours weekly to facilitate corporate card sales and service for BMO's diverse clientele. You will manage client interactions, advise on card products, and navigate regulatory requirements with ease. Additionally, you will maintain awareness of marketplace trends to better serve customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide corporate cards sales and service to customers
• Advise and fulfill sales strategies based on client needs
• Identify opportunities for referrals to internal groups
• Manage customer calls efficiently and professionally
• Stay informed about industry and regulatory trends
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English
• 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Good knowledge of BMO's credit card offerings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
