Become a Travel Experience Consultant at CAA and enhance member satisfaction through dedicated service. Responsibilities include selling memberships and managing rental services with a travel focus.
In this Travel Experience Consultant role, you will leverage your customer service background to deliver unforgettable experiences. You will assist members with merchandise sales, car reservations, and passport photo services, while also educating them on travel insurance. Communication and flexibility are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote sales of memberships and associated merchandise
• Manage car rental reservations effectively
• Capture photos for passports for client use
• Issue International Driving Permits efficiently
• Advise members on travel insurance options available
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of retail customer service experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Completion of TICO certification desired
• Flexible schedule for store hours needed
• Post-secondary education in a travel-related field is an advantage
