In this role, you will be an essential contributor to our Personal & Commercial Banking team. With 15 hours of work per week, you'll process financial transactions and respond to customer needs with precision. We are looking for someone who can foster a positive customer experience and work effectively in a diverse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Resolve customer concerns by following standard procedures
• Promote banking services to achieve business goals
• Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest improvements
Requirements:
• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and internet
• Dynamic communicator with customer service expertise
Utilize your communication and organizational skills to enhance customer experiences at TD in Sarnia.
