As a Programming Teacher, your responsibilities include delivering tailored instruction and monitoring student progress through Individual Program Plans (IPPs). You will advocate for students, encourage social and life skills, and create supportive relationships that promote independence. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver individualized instruction

• Implement and assess Individual Program Plans (IPPs)

• Support literacy and numeracy growth

• Advocate for inclusive practices school-wide

• Integrate cultural and outdoor learning experiences

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate or eligibility

• Experience with high support needs students

• Knowledge of differentiated instruction strategies

• Dedication to Îyethka culture and community values

• Strong classroom management capabilities
