Key Responsibilities:

• Teach courses in Practical Nursing and Honours Bachelor of Science Nursing

• Design and revise educational programs for effective learning

• Evaluate student performance through assessments and rubrics

• Collaborate with faculty to enhance teaching practices

• Promote programs and recruit students effectively

Requirements:

• PhD in Nursing with recent clinical experience

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Post secondary teaching experience preferred

• Proficiency in simulation teaching strategies

• Strong communication and leadership skills
