Qualified Teacher in Indigenous Languages

This role is open to qualified educators capable of teaching either Indigenous languages or French. Applicants should have an Ontario College of Teachers Certificate and showcase excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Teach French and Indigenous languages in schools

• Maintain a flexible schedule of 3-5 days/week

• Travel between schools throughout specified regions

• Build positive relationships with students and staff

• Implement consistent classroom management practices

Requirements:

• Ontario College of Teachers Certificate necessary

• Proficient in Ojibwe and/or Lenape languages

• Understanding of Ontario's curriculum requirements

• Strong communication and collaborative skills

• Experience working with diverse youth
