Position: Graduation Coach for Indigenous Students
Become a Graduation Coach focusing on Indigenous students at Lambton Kent District School Board.

Your role will center on creating impactful programs that drive student success and foster graduation.

As an Indigenous Graduation Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing supportive programs that address the unique challenges faced by Indigenous students. Partnering with parents and Indigenous community organizations will be crucial for creating a robust support network. This position requires empathy, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Indigenous perspectives within the education system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement supportive activities for students

• Collaborate with parents and Indigenous partners

• Facilitate programs that promote graduation success

• Monitor student achievement and well-being

• Promote awareness of Indigenous perspectives in education

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred

• Proven experience with Indigenous communities

• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with the Ontario educational framework

• Access to reliable transportation for district travel
