As a Field Operator, you will safely operate pumping equipment and prepare rolling stock on-site under the guidance of supervisors. With a minimum of two years in oil refineries or petrochemical plants, you'll ensure all equipment operates smoothly while documenting vital information for supervisory review. You'll collaborate closely with teams to identify and address any process issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely rig in and manage nitrogen or liquid pumping equipment
• Prepare and test equipment prior to operations
• Document activity per safety and procedural guidelines
• Engage in process improvement discussions with multi-functional teams
• Ensure safe driving practices and report incidents swiftly
Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience in nitrogen pumping operations
• Background in the Oil & Gas industry is essential
• Class 1 driver license with mechanical skills required
• Engineering technology education preferred
• Relevant certifications like CSTS and WHMIS advantageous
