Senior​/Project Engineer; Civil & Structural

SENIOR / PROJECT ENGINEER (CIVIL & STRUCTURAL)

Working Hours:

5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM). Staff will be required to work extended hours and perform night shift duties as required by project schedules and operational demands.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works for high‑tech facilities (e.g., semiconductor fabs, clean rooms)
• Assist the CSA Manager or Project Manager in planning, executing, and completing CSA scope on time and within budget
• Review and validate CSA drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Monitor on‑site CSA construction activities to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal disciplines (e.g., MEP, process) to resolve technical and site issues
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely completion of works as per schedule
• Support procurement of CSA‑related materials and subcontractor coordination
• Track and report CSA progress, issues, and deliverables to project management
• Ensure adherence to project quality assurance and control processes
• Participate in design coordination and constructability review meetings
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of CSA works
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or data center projects
• Familiar with local codes and regulations (e.g., BCA, SCDF requirements)
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar software is a plus
• Able to work in a fast‑paced, construction site environment
• Candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Candidates with good experience will be considered for a higher role, and the salary will be commensurate accordingly.
