Step into a leadership role at River Cree Resort & Casino as a Poker House Supervisor. Oversee poker operations, elevate customer care, and maintain department integrity with passion.
Taking on the Poker Houseman position, you'll ensure smooth daily operations of the poker department while enforcing house rules and developing staff. Reporting to the Poker Manager, you will coach team members, manage events, and ensure compliance with all gaming standards. Your experience and dedication will directly impact the poker players’ experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guarantee outstanding customer service during poker games
• Enforce poker house rules and manage event operations
• Train staff members for continuous improvement
• Schedule players and organize table placements
• Monitor and prevent cheating at play
Requirements:
• 2-3 years working in the casino environment
• Minimum 1-2 years as a dealer
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Knowledge of poker intricacies and gaming policies
• Ability to earn AGLC Gaming Workers License
