In this pivotal position, you will oversee daily gaming activities while supporting the General Manager in policy implementation and operational strategies. Your responsibilities include preparing operations analyses, fostering team development through effective training, and providing essential support in achieving revenue goals. You'll also maintain a welcoming workplace culture for both staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all gaming activities ensuring smooth operations
• Assist with daily tasks on the gaming floor
• Generate reports for budgeting and forecasts
• Support recruitment and training initiatives
• Guide the team on technical and operational issues
Requirements:
• Business administration degree or relevant experience
• At least three years of management experience required
• Strong understanding of casino operations
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and presentation tools
• Must obtain a Category 1 gaming license
