In this pivotal position, you’ll blend your business savvy with hands-on leadership. Collaborating closely with the General Manager, you will oversee gaming activities, manage team development, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your efforts will be vital in preparing reports and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the operations of gaming activities
• Assist in daily operations on the floor
• Create statistical reports for forecasts and budgeting
• Facilitate recruitment and training of staff
• Supervise team performance and implement strategies
Requirements:
• University degree in business administration or similar
• Three years of management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• In-depth knowledge of casino operations and gaming
• Must obtain and maintain a Category 1 gaming license
Lead a thriving team to deliver memorable guest experiences in a premium casino setting.
