Lambton County Developmental Services (LCDS) has been supporting people with developmental disabilities for over 70 years. We are currently hiring multiple part‑time Direct Support Professionals for our locations across Lambton County. Direct Support Professionals make a difference in people’s lives by:

• Providing support to people with developmental disabilities in their homes and the community
• Teaching and assisting with daily supports (e.g., meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication administration, appointments, housekeeping responsibilities, and money management)
• Facilitating opportunities for individual skill development, independence, personal growth, cultivating relationships in the community, and leisure activities as directed by the person

Alvinston, Brigden, Corunna, Forest, Petrolia, Sarnia, Oil City, Oil Springs, Watford, Wyoming.

• Valid G or G2 class licence and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
• Current certification in First Aid/CPR
• Current certification in NVCPI or willingness to obtain
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is an asset

• $23.33 - $24.02 per hour based on experience
• Part‑time – multiple rotations available
• Scheduled a mixture of days, afternoons, and weekends
