In this full-time position, you will play a key role in fostering independence and planning support for individuals with developmental disabilities. This includes assisting with personal care, skill development, and community involvement. Bring your passion for care and connection to help shape inclusive communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Create personalized support plans for growth
• Conduct health and personal care as needed
• Document progress and support effectiveness
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Requires valid 'G or G2' driver's license
• Must complete a Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Certification in First Aid/CPR required
• Obtain NVCPI certification if not current
