Program Evaluation Coordinator

The County of Lambton is seeking a Program Planning and Evaluation Coordinator in Sarnia, Ontario. This full-time position focuses on program evaluation and planning within public health services.

In this temporary position, you will lead program evaluations using qualitative and quantitative methods. You’ll collaborate with Lambton Public Health staff and community partners to design effective public health programs. Training and consultation will be provided as you support evidence-informed practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with staff on program design and evaluation

• Lead implementation of monitoring systems for program activities

• Develop evaluation plans and logic models

• Assist in data collection and analysis for evaluations

• Present evaluation outcomes to various stakeholders

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in related field with program evaluation focus

• Two years of experience in public health evaluation

• Strong communication and data management skills

• Knowledge of research methodologies and software

• Credentialed Evaluator designation is an asset
