Our Digital Workplace Adoption practice is in search of an energetic, adaptable, and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Workplace Adoption Coach. You will play a pivotal role in driving successful client adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and modern ways of working, with a specific emphasis on leveraging M365 Copilot. Your primary responsibility is to guide our clients’ end users through the adoption and change management transition, ensuring they maximize the benefits of Microsoft 365 with a focus on embracing AI & Copilot capabilities.

A must for this role:

We are in search for individuals who have worked directly with and trained end users on M365 Copilot and other M365 apps. With respect to Copilot, you will need to know how to train end users on prompting, Copilot Chat, M365 Copilot license capabilities and then help their advance their skills with high-value use cases and prompt engineering. Most importantly, you must be fired up about the ways organizations and end users can leverage M365 & Copilot to better their workday.

Not only can coach others and facilitate training; we’re also looking for a critical and creative thinker. You have an ability to connect seemingly unrelated information, you can get creative, think on your feet, consider diverse perspectives, analyze information thoroughly, and ask good questions.

Our team delivers in three main work streams:

  • M365 Professional Services Technical Projects (ex: SharePoint migrations, Purview implementations, Endpoint and Security projects, etc.) Our team delivers the change management activities required for end users to adopt technologies recently deployed through these technical projects.
  • M365 Copilot Adoption Projects Our team delivers a wide range of Copilot adoption engagements focused on helping organizations and end users build their AI skills, regardless of where they are on their journey.
  • M365 Adoption Managed Services We offer monthly recurring services to help organizations maximize their Microsoft licensing investment—everything from M365 app training, maintenance of a self-serve M365 learning portal and learning articles, monitoring of Microsoft’s M365 Roadmap for new features, M365 Adoption Score & Usage monitoring and recommendations, and so much more.

This is a diverse role, where you will be expected to:

  • Facilitate virtual M365 app and Copilot training sessions
  • Maintain our learning content (update training decks, write monthly articles, record short demo videos, etc.)
  • Coach end users to help them adopt new modern work tools and ways of working through our White Glove coaching and Ask-an-Expert drop-in sessions.
  • Draft communication templates focused on helping end users understand navigate the change impact our work brings.
  • Create adoption roadmaps and in some cases, project plans to guide teams and organizations to successful use of these modern workplace tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery:
  • Conduct engaging training sessions for end users, covering Microsoft 365 applications and features, with a special focus on M365 Copilot.
  • Customize training content to meet the unique needs of different user groups, from beginners to power users.
  • End User Coaching:
  • Provide personalized coaching to end users, addressing their specific challenges and questions related to M365, modern work practices, and Copilot.
  • Foster a positive learning experience by patiently guiding users through practical scenarios and real-world examples.
  • Content Creation:
  • Develop user-friendly guides, video-based demos, and documentation focused on M365, modern work best practices, and Copilot.
  • Craft compelling communication materials (emails, newsletters, intranet posts) to promote adoption and build awareness for change activities.
  • Change Management:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create change management approaches.
  • Identify potential roadblocks and proactively address them to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Feedback Collection:
  • Solicit feedback from end users regarding usage and effectiveness.
