As a high-impact leader, you'll focus on expanding our global Field Service practice using groundbreaking technologies. Collaborate with Salesforce teams and partners to create a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, while being instrumental in the rollout of growth strategies for Field Service. With your strong understanding of AI and operational software, you'll address the evolving needs of industries through efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build new relationships with Field Service and Agentforce teams
• Create innovative product offerings for Mid-Market clients
• Participate in the development of marketing strategies
• Lead and sponsor projects to enhance client service
• Conduct competitive analysis to showcase strengths
Requirements:
• 3-10 years within Field Service and Salesforce environments
• Proven sales pipeline management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Deep knowledge of AI's impact on service
• Travel commitment of up to 50% as needed
