Become a pivotal member of NACG as a Technical Business Analyst III, focusing on optimizing JD Edwards systems to boost operational effectiveness.
In this role, you will serve as a liaison between various business units and IT, ensuring the successful delivery of ERP solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing requirements, identifying improvements, and managing incident resolutions as part of a dynamic IT team. You'll be instrumental in facilitating communication and alignment among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and analyze business requirements for ERP deployment
• Drive continuous improvement through proactive recommendations
• Communicate effectively with non-technical audiences
• Support quality assurance and change management processes
• Manage service requests within IT service management tools
Requirements:
• Ten years’ experience in business analysis
• Proficient in JD Edwards and data analysis
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on service quality
• Background in construction or similar fields
• Solid understanding of SQL and ERP functionalities
