The RoleAs a Project Manager for the NAMER team, you’ll be the heartbeat of our client engagements. You won’t just be managing "enterprise" tasks; you’ll be spearheading projects of all sizes, ensuring that every client – regardless of their scale – receives a world‑class experience.
Reporting to the Head of Trust & Advisory for NAMER, you’ll own the end‑to‑end journey of our GRC programs. You’ll be the bridge between our technical experts and our clients, keeping timelines tight, budgets on track, and communication crystal clear.
While a GRC background is great, we care more about your ability to master new domains quickly and your drive to get things done.
What You’ll Do- Own the full project lifecycle for multiple concurrent GRC engagements, from the initial kickoff to the final handshake.
- Use Agile or Hybrid methodologies to keep projects moving. You know how to pivot when a startup needs speed or a larger firm needs structure.
- Act as the main point of contact for our NAMER clients. You’ll manage expectations, solve problems on the fly, and ensure we’re delivering real value.
- Quickly get up to speed on our core services, including Vanta deployments, ISO 27001, and SOC 2. You’ll guide clients through these complex frameworks.
- Proactively spot risks, prevent scope creep, and work with the PMO to ensure every project is a commercial and technical success.
- You have 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a fast‑paced or consulting environment.
- You’re comfortable with Scrum or Kanban and can apply those principles to real‑world client work.
- You love diving into technical or regulatory topics and can translate complex info into actionable project plans.
- You’re a great communicator, comfortable presenting to a C‑suite executive as well as chatting with a developer.
- You’re comfortable managing a 2‑week sprint for a boutique firm or a 6‑month roadmap for a larger organisation.
Having a PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 is great, but your track record of delivering successful projects matters most.
We’re very open‑minded and focus on ability and attitude above skills. If you think you can deliver but don’t match all criteria, we encourage you to apply.
Benefits- Annual Leave: 22 days per year, plus Canadian bank holidays.
- Additional Leave: 1 day of paid leave on your birthday.
- Professional Development: $4,000 CAD annual training budget.
- Diverse and supportive work environment with customer care and innovation at the forefront.
- Refer‑a‑friend bonus scheme (up to $4,000 CAD).
We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds and can make reasonable adjustments to accommodate individual needs.
