About The Role

We’re looking for a client-focused Account Manager to join our Personal Insurance Team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing a book of business and delivering exceptional service, supported by a great leadership team and work culture. Reporting to the Manager of Personal Insurance, you’ll be a key part of a dynamic team dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with Expertise
    :
    Manage all aspects of an existing book of business, delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

  • Drive Value: Service, quote, and sell personal insurance products, including home, auto, and other coverages, ensuring comprehensive solutions.

  • Deliver Excellence
    :
    Foster trust and loyalty by providing an exceptional client experience, going above and beyond to protect what matters most to our clients.

  • Analyze & Optimize: Underwrite new and existing business, leveraging your skills in pricing and risk analysis to ensure effective coverage strategies.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work alongside a dedicated team of brokers and leaders, benefiting from a culture of mentorship, coaching, and support.

  • Make an Impact: Contribute insights and innovative ideas to drive the company forward as a valued member of our Personal Insurance Team.

  • Client-Focused Approach
    : A commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience and building long-term relationships.

  • Proven Sales or Service

    Skills:

    Previous experience in sales or customer service, with an ability to meet goals and solve problems effectively.

  • Strong Communication
    :
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable style.

  • Organizational

    Skills:

    The ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.

  • Technical Proficiency
    :
    Confidence with computers and an aptitude for learning new systems and software.

  • Valid RIBO License or ability to obtain in short order.

  • Industry Knowledge (an asset): Designations such as CAIB or CIP are an advantage and reflect your commitment to the industry
