Facilities Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and install plumbing fixtures and lighting

• Maintain HVAC systems, including thermostat calibration

Requirements:

• Grade 12 completion required

• 3-year College Diploma in Facility Management or related field

• 2 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle
