In this full-time position, you will manage daily operations, maintain clean common areas, and respond to tenant concerns at Homestead Land Holdings Limited. Candidates should have a reliable work ethic, preferably with maintenance or cleaning experience. Your responsibilities include minor repairs, safety protocols, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and corridors

• Prepare apartments for incoming residents

• Facilitate minor plumbing and electrical maintenance

• Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively

• Ensure resident safety and security at all times

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or cleaning experience preferred

• Obtain First Aid certification (paid by the Company)

• Ability to lift up to 20 kg

• Attention to detail and reliability are essential

• Must be a team player
