In this essential role, you will be tasked with various maintenance duties for our residents' home, ensuring comfort and safety. You'll prioritize tasks, maintain logs, and assist in preventative maintenance while monitoring the environment for any safety issues. This position allows you to positively impact the community through reliable maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance across the building

• Support plumbing, heating, and electrical tasks

• Maintain logs for work performed and materials used

• Ensure tools and equipment are in working order

• Respond to emergency calls to maintain safety

Requirements:

• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent

• Knowledge of building and fire codes

• Availability for emergency call-ins

• Completed Vulnerable Sector Screening

• Updated TB 2 Step within the last year
