Facility Maintenance Lead Hand

Lead facility maintenance cleaning with GDI during a full-time Monday-to-Friday afternoon schedule from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
As Lead Hand, you will clean and disinfect washrooms, cafeterias, offices, and high-touch surfaces. The work includes waste handling, maintenance reporting, and additional duties as required. GDI provides integrated facility maintenance services across the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and disinfect washrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and floors
- Maintain cafeteria tables, chairs, counters, and surrounding areas
- Empty garbage and recycling bins, replacing liners
- Dust, vacuum, and sanitize office spaces and surfaces
- Report maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
