Position: Supervisor for Railcar Repair Operations
Procor is looking for a Supervisor to oversee railcar repair operations at our Sarnia facility. Take charge of a team and enhance production quality while enjoying a full-time local role.

In this role, you'll report to the Assistant Plant Manager and lead the welding operations at Procor’s facility. With a minimum of three years’ supervisory experience, you will train the hourly workforce, resolve complex repair issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your leadership will be vital in creating a supportive work culture focused on quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train employees in welding operations

• Organize teams and assign work for efficient repair

• Ensure adherence to EHS and quality standards

• Address repair-related inquiries for employees

• Promote high morale and teamwork among staff

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; additional qualifications preferred

• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a welding environment

• Excellent safety record and union relations experience

• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills

• Knowledge of railcar repair techniques and regulations
