Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments per established standards
- Assess resident health and develop care plans accordingly
- Supervise nursing and personal care staff on the unit
- Organize restorative and palliative care functions
- Monitor vital signs and initiate health measures
- Current certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Registration or eligibility with Registered Practical Nurses Association
- Valid First Aid and BLS Certificate
- Knowledge of healthcare practices, including Infection Control
- Effective communication skills and dedication to senior care
