We are seeking a Registered Nurse with NSWOC certification to join our dedicated team at Bayshore Health Care. This role necessitates experience in wound care to assess, plan, and deliver specialized nursing services. You will be responsible for conducting debridement procedures and providing crucial education to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver nursing care for wound clients
• Perform wound debridement and maintain documentation
• Provide education on ostomy and continence care
• Manage virtual consultations as needed
• Use mobile tools for accurate patient records
Requirements:
• Valid RN license with provincial registration
• Certification as NSWOC or similar required
• At least two years of wound care experience
• Driver’s license and clean criminal record
• Current CPR certification and vaccination required
