Carecor Health Services invites applications for a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse in Sarnia and Lambton County. As an RN, you will provide comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans for your clients. The role emphasizes advanced wound care treatments and requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive wound, ostomy, and continence assessments
• Deliver advanced wound care treatments including debridement
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on wound management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
• Monitor client progress and update care plans
Requirements:
• Current provincial registration as an RN
• NSWOC or related wound care certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wound care
• CPR certification and clear criminal background
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
