Enhance Elder care as a part-time Registered Practical Nurse at Lambton Meadowview Villa, Petrolia. Provide essential nursing leadership, medication administration, and family support in a compassionate environment.

As part of the Long-Term Care Division, you'll act as a team leader, assessing Elders' needs using the RAI-MDS tool and developing tailored care plans.

Your role includes documenting care, mentoring clinical students, and communicating with families. Prior experience is not required, making this position ideal for dedicated nursing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and document medications and treatments

• Chart care, behaviors, and incidents accurately

• Complete required RAI-MDS assessments and care plans

• Educate Elders and families about care processes

• Mentor Personal Support Workers on best practices

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse Diploma is mandatory

• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Physical ability to perform job duties

• No previous experience required

• Commitment to ongoing education in nursing practices
