Part Time Registered Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and document medications and treatments

• Report medication effectiveness to medical staff

• Educate elders and families on care procedures

• Complete RAI-MDS assessments and care plans

• Mentor students during clinical placements

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse Diploma required

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Physical ability to meet job duties
