In this role, you will join Carecor’s dedicated team, providing comprehensive care focused on Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (NSWOC). You will work full-time hours from Monday to Friday, delivering essential wound care services and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and develop personalized wound care plans
• Conduct advanced wound care treatments and educate clients
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Document clinical findings and update care plans as necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• RN with a current provincial license
• NSWOC certification or related credentials
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant care
• CPR certification required
• Safe vehicle for travel to client locations
