Registered NSWOC

Bayshore Health Care seeks Registered Nurses specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC) to provide high‑quality patient care in the Sarnia and Lambton County area.
Responsibilities   Assess, plan and deliver nursing care for clients requiring wound, ostomy, and continence services.
Perform and document wound debridement procedures.
Provide patient and family education regarding wound care, ostomy management, and continence plans.
Coordinate virtual visits when appropriate.
Maintain accurate documentation using company mobile devices.
Work Schedule  Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with occasional outside‑hour duties as requested.
Qualifications   Current RN registration with provincial licensing body.
Certification as NSWOC, Enterostomal Therapist, International Interprofessional Wound Care Course, or Canadian Nurse Associate Certification (WOCC).
Debridement certification.
Minimum two years of wound care program experience in hospital or community setting.
CPR certification.
Valid driver’s licence, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
Clear criminal background check (vulnerable‑sector screening) and negative TB test.
COVID‑19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu vaccination or equivalent proof as required by provincial regulations.
