Carecor Health Services is looking for an experienced RN focused on Wound, Ostomy & Continence care to join our esteemed team. This position involves creating individualized care plans, delivering advanced wound management, and actively participating in the development of best practices in wound care. Your expertise will ensure optimal client outcomes and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients and develop tailored wound care plans
• Provide advanced wound care treatments and education
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery
• Document findings and update care plans efficiently
• Comply with safety and infection control guidelines
Requirements:
• Active RN license with current provincial registration
• NSWOC certification or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in wound care
• Current CPR certification and background check
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
