Key Responsibilities:

• Create meaningful moments with residents during every shift

• Document care to CNO standards for accountability

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff and new colleagues

• Liaise with the healthcare team to adjust care plans

• Ensure a safe environment and fulfill reporting obligations

Requirements:

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Proof of medication administration education

• Up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Screening

• TB 2 Step completed recently
