Bayshore Health Care is looking for Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to care for pediatric clients in Sarnia, Petrolia, and surrounding communities. This role involves school-day shifts and overnight assignments, emphasizing personalized care while collaborating with families and school personnel to ensure high-quality, tailored nursing. The ideal candidates should possess empathy, strong clinical skills, and flexible availability for various shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care according to individualized care plans
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Monitor clients and administer medications
• Collaborate with families and educational staff
• Provide overnight clinical assessments and support
Requirements:
• Valid registration as RN or RPN in Ontario
• CPR certification expected
• 1+ years of pediatric experience preferred
• Effective communication and critical-thinking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
