This role is pivotal in delivering high-standard nursing care at Lambton Meadowview Villa and North Lambton Lodge. You will administer medications, assist with personal care, and ensure residents' comfort. Engage in patient education and make impactful contributions to residents' well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and chart medication administration

• Support and educate residents and families

• Assist with bathing, mobility, and personal care

• Ensure functionality of medical equipment as needed

• Directly mentor PSWs and others in care team

Requirements:

• Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing

• Current registration with the College of Nurses

• Ongoing education for maintaining registration

• 1-3 months relevant on-the-job experience

• Ontario driver's license and personal vehicle necessary
