Elevate care standards at the County of Lambton as a compassionate Registered Practical Nurse. Engage in vital patient care and medication management in a part-time capacity.

As a Registered Practical Nurse in the County of Lambton’s long-term care homes, including Lambton Meadowview Villa and North Lambton Lodge, you will oversee residents’ health in collaboration with multiple healthcare professionals. Responsibilities extend from medication administration to holistic personal care for residents.

Your role involves both patient education and professional support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer detailed medication and treatment documentation

• Mentor and educate PSWs and students

• Assist with daily personal care requirements

• Regularly inspect and maintain health equipment

• Provide comfort and support to all residents

Requirements:

• Completion of Registered Practical Nurse Diploma

• Valid registration with the College of Nurses

• Continued education for nursing registration

• Minimum of 1-3 months of practical experience

• Driver's license and vehicle for transportation
