Carecor Health Services is hiring a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide vital support in Sarnia, Ontario. This casual role offers a flexible schedule, focusing on high-quality clinical care and spasticity medication administration.
The selected RPN will work in long-term care homes, providing assistance during specialty clinics and coordinating medical education. If you have a passion for patient care and experience in long-term care, this position allows for impactful work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support medical staff during specialty clinics in long-term care
• Assist with patient treatments and assessments
• Prepare and clean equipment and clinical spaces
• Maintain organization of medical supplies and materials
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families
Requirements:
• Valid LPN (or RN) registration in Alberta
• Preferable experience in the long-term care environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of organizational detail
• Ability to drive daily and some overnight travel
