Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate resident choice through care programs

• Develop staff performance and promote growth

• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards

• Manage risk and quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with teams to implement departmental goals

Requirements:

• Registered RPN with Ontario’s College of Nurses

• 3-5 years of management experience

• Proficient in risk management and budgeting

• Valid CPR and First Aid certification

• Knowledge of software such as YARDI and Mede Care
