Elevate nursing operations at S&R Nursing Homes as a Clinical Resource Manager. This role oversees clinical staffing, supports health and safety programs, and ensures quality resident care in line with regulations.
As the Clinical Resource Manager, you will support clinical leaders by managing human resources and financial functions associated with nursing services. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee nursing personnel concerns and labour relations activities
• Ensure adherence to recruitment and onboarding policies
• Guide leaders in accordance with best practices and legislation
• Maintain integrity in team member investigations
• Train leaders on attendance and disability management
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
• Experience in labour relations within a unionized setting
• Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
