Sarnia Careers is seeking an RPN for our Seniors Living villages in Ontario. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess residents, lead the PSW team, monitor glucose, administer medications, and update care plans to ensure continuity of care throughout the resident's stay.
Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario is required, with a Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months, and a commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork in a supportive workplace.
