Senior Care RPN: Lead Multidisciplinary Team & Care Plans
Sarnia Careers in Ontario is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our Seniors Living village care team. The role focuses on direct resident care, medication administration, vitals, and collaborative planning with a multidisciplinary team.
You will lead PSW colleagues, update care plans every six months or when conditions change, and ensure accurate charting. A CNO registration in good standing and a current Vulnerable Sector Screening are required.
